A5 Adhesive
Usage
Specialized adhesive for bonding XPS backer boards to substrates, board-to-board, and board-to-finish. High bond strength, water and weather resistant.

Installation Notes
Apply evenly with a caulking gun on bonding surfaces. Press and secure until cured. Recommend reinforcement with plastic threaded nails.
S1 Waterproof Rubber Membrane
Usage
Applied at backer board joints, pipe penetrations, corners for a flexible seamless waterproof layer. Best used with self-adhesive mesh tape.

Installation Notes
Ready to use. Apply 2-3 coats with brush or roller, 2-4 hours between coats. Reinforce joints with mesh tape.
Pipe Collar
Usage
Waterproof seal for floor drains and pipe penetrations. Pre-formed, used with S1 membrane for leak-proof joint treatment.

Installation Notes
Slide collar over pipe, bond base to backer board surface with S1 membrane. Ensure tight fit.
Corner Waterproof Fabric
Usage
Pre-cut corner waterproof reinforcement fabric for vulnerable areas: wall corners, pipe bases, etc.

Stainless Steel Washers
Usage
Used with self-tapping screws to secure backer boards. Claw design increases grip. Stainless steel for rust-free durability.

Usage

Usage

Reinforcement Blocks
Usage

Self-Adhesive Mesh Tape
Usage

Plastic Corner Trowel
Usage
Specialized tool for uniform application of S1 membrane at corners. Ensures consistent coating thickness, avoiding weak points.
