Continuous high-temperature steam (45-55°C, 95%+ humidity). Original cement board had widespread mold and tile delamination within 2 years. Full renovation required with zero-mold guarantee and 10-year warranty.
Angesen Solution
Full cement board removal, replaced with Angesen 20mm boards + curved specialty boards. Curved ceiling using grooved bendable boards. All joints triple-sealed with A5 + S1 membrane + corner waterproof cloth.
