326 guest bathrooms required uniform waterproofing. Traditional cement board would take 4 months, was too heavy for floor loading, and needed 100% waterproofing with fast installation for 50-year design life.
Angesen Solution
Replaced cement screed with Angesen 20mm XPS backer boards, pre-fabricated shower trays, and water bars. Dry installation finished walls in 2 days per room. A5 adhesive + mesh + S1 membrane triple-layer joint sealing.
